    It is pointed out that the big economic disparity and high unemployment rate among the youth in Arab countries are parts of factors which cause recent changes in some countries, while Arab countries have abundant workforce and large-scale market. Japan would like to discuss ways of cooperation from Japan with Arab countries for solving these problems.
  • b) Topics
  • ・Capacity building of Arab people (incl. Increasing the number of Arab students studying in Japan)
  • ・Technology transfer including 'cost-sharing technical assistance'
  • ・Ways of cooperation in joint studies
